By April 25th 2026, all of the outer planets will have changed signs within an unusually compressed

space of time, birthing a powerful new chapter in our evolving stories. The outer planets

changing signs are like tectonic plates shifting beneath the ground we walk on. The world is at a

turning point, and if you have sensitive natal points to these new planetary positions, you’ll feel

it on a personal level.

We see it in the headlines.

We feel it in our bones.

We know intuitively something is ending while we step through a portal into unknown territory.

We are standing at the threshold of a new epoch, and the question is not whether change is

coming, but who we will be when it does.

How can we best navigate these crossroad times? How can we tend our nervous system and stay

resilient amidst upheaval and change? Intuitively we know we need medicine designed for this

changing era.

In this 90-Minute session, Danielle Blackwood & Seraphina Capranos offer an immersive

integration into Astro-Herbalism bringing the symbolic language of

Sacred Astrology down to earth with the wisdom of plant medicine.

Beginning in ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt, the sacred marriage between the earth and stars

has long been recognized as a synergistic complement to embodied health. And, for every

astrological signature, no matter how challenging, there is a remedy in the green world that can

soothe, strengthen, and support.

Plant allies can bring beneficial support when we’re facing a significant transit to our own birth

chart and can also help us cope with the kinds of feelings that often accompany the grief, stress,

and overwhelm that so many of us are experiencing in the collective at this time.

Seraphina Capranos (she/her) is a clinical herbalist, homeopath, and initiated priestess with a practice spanning over two decades.

At the age of 14, Seraphina began learning alchemical practices from shamanic practitioners she met through fated circumstance. From the age of 16 until age 18 she apprenticed with a medical intuitive, Elizabeth Hammond. Then, embarked on the priestess path in 1998 into which she was initiated in 2016 through the Reclaiming Tradition. Like many cast onto the path of healing and spiritual training, it was pain and suffering that led her into the forest to seek answers to life’s big questions. First, it was an injury that left her bedridden with debilitating pain as a teenager, and just a few years later, the intractable disease then the sudden tragic death of her beloved father which set her on a spiritual quest all before 21 years old.  She spent ten years in a Toltec apprenticeship, which radically shifted her perceptional world and help shape her world-view as one deeply connected to the earth. She has taught thousands of students and has held countless circles, classes, rituals and ceremonies for groups as large as 300. With a practice spanning two decades, she is now a sought-after international teacher and speaker. Her greatest teachers, as always, are the students and patients with whom she is grateful to work with. She is continually in awe of the strength of the human spirit. Regarded as a 'teachers teacher' her unique blend of gifts straddle the vast worlds of plant medicine, homeopathy, and ritual and ceremonial magic. She is known for her heart-centered, generous teaching style that speaks to multiple ways of learning.

She would like to honour and thank the many teachers that have influenced the teacher and practitioner she is today: Elizabeth Hammond, Blade, Starhawk, Rose May Dance, Liz Forrest, Susun Weed, Willow Kelly, Urania Griffith, Robert Birch, Gwydion Logan, Suzanne Sterling, Rosemary Gladstar, Dr. Aviva Romm, MD, Amanda McQuade Crawford, RJ Stewart.
