I grew up learning natural medicine from my elders. Rooted in the innate healing power of the body’s wisdom & the spirit of nature is what guides my work today.

A serious injury to my spine as a teenager sent me down a path of deep learning; for the first time in my life, at sixteen, it seemed every health care system — conventional and natural — failed me.  Determined to understand health, disease and what healing truly means I pursued professional training in both herbalism and homeopathy.  On this journey of learning, I healed my chronic pain, and made a personal commitment to help others access their own potential for healing.

I’m a classically trained homeopath & western herbalist offering one-on-one consultations in my clinic, on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, Canada, where I’ve been in practice since 2004.  I also serve patients all over the world through video sessions.

My passion is educating and empowering individuals in the wisdom of natural medicine through classes and one-on-one sessions.  I teach several classes, workshops and retreats both in person and online that range from one weekend, monthly intensives and extensive online programs.  I’m a guest teacher at schools, conferences and symposiums throughout North America and further abroad. In addition to teaching and practicing herbal medicine and homeopathy, I also teach tools for living a rich life filled with purpose drawn from my twenty-five years of apprenticeship and intiation in earth-based teachings of mysticism.
